Developed by a living descendant of a long line of respected yogis, Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda (affectionately known as Swamiji), in consultation with doctors and physiotherapists, it offers the full benefits of yoga and meditation – promoting not only strength, relaxation and flexibility, but also overall health and harmony of the body, mind, and soul.

Yoga in Daily Life Association UK and Yoga in Daily Life Scotland are registered charities, run entirely by volunteers for the welfare of the community, animals and the environment.

EDINBURGH: New Classes – in-person!

We've moved! After 15 years being based in Edinburgh, we recently moved our ashram down to the beautiful Scottish Borders, and it means we can now finally offer some in-person classes again in the capital, at the warm and welcoming Salisbury Centre, near Arthur's Seat. Come and join us for weekly yoga and meditation sessions on Wednesday evenings.
